Do you want to exchange or return your slow fashion product? No problem. You have 14 days to return your Take it slow order. However, the products must be clean, may not be damaged or washed, and must be packed in the original packaging. Take it slow will not refund any damaged and/or used products.
Would you like to exchange your fashion item for a different size? No problem. Send an e-mail to [email protected] stating the following: order number, your name, the product you wish to exchange and please let us know the reason for your exchange.
Exchanging an item from Belgium or Germany does not cost you anything extra :-)
Are you not sure about the size or fit? Just email us on [email protected] or telephone during office orders for advice.
Does the product not quite meet your expectations? Take it slow. This is unfortunate, but may happen. Send an e-mail to [email protected], stating the following: order number, the product, and the reason for your return (not compulsory). if you have not paid via Ideal, we would also like to receive your bank account number.
Let us know if you wish to receive a DPD return label. It is easy to re-use our shipping box or shipping bag with return strip. Not only convenient for you, but recycling the dispatch bag is also more environmentally friendly. A win-win situation!

As soon as we have agreed to your return and we have received the returned products from you, we will send a confirmation email to your mailbox. The purchase amount of your return product(s) will be credited to your account within 5 days. Refunds are automatically made to the account number that was used to make the original payment. We will, of course, make every effort to process returns as soon as possible.
- Shipping costs for any replacement products will be at our expense in Netherlands/Belgium/Germany

- A refund only goes to a bank account, not to a credit card
- For hygienic and practical reasons, Swedish Stockings and Organic Basics underwear are not eligible for returns or exchanges
